FAQs – What You Should Know Before You Start
1️⃣ Do I need to be in shape to start?
Absolutely not. I work with beginners, returning clients, and advanced athletes. We start at your level and build from there.
2️⃣ What’s included in the free session?
The free session includes a movement assessment, a sample workout, and a personalized plan outline based on your goals.
3️⃣ Can I train with you if I have an injury or medical condition?
If you're recovering from an injury or have a medical condition, you must get clearance from your physician before starting. I’m not a physical therapist — my role is to guide safe, progressive training, not rehab. Once approved, I’ll tailor your program to avoid risk and support your goals.
4️⃣ How long is each training session?
Each session lasts about 50 minutes, with time focused on strength, mobility, conditioning, and recovery.
5️⃣ Do you offer nutrition coaching too?
Yes — I offer basic nutrition guidance to complement your training. No extreme diets, just habits that support your goals.
6️⃣ Where do the sessions take place?
Training sessions are in-person at our private gym in Sunnyvale, CA. Some online options may be available upon request.
7️⃣ Is this faith-based training only for Christians?
Not at all. While Verbum Fitness is rooted in faith, everyone is welcome — no matter your background or beliefs. Respect and growth are for all.
